Physical contracts

The physical contracts module of AgroSirius enables users to create and manage the contracts for their various clients. These contracts can be modified to meet specific needs of each unique client. Users can insert the type of commodity, quantity, planned delivery dates, pricing and everything else concerning contracts. It is possible to create a template for frequently-used contracts. This enables users to quickly re-use templates and save lots of time in setting –up contracts.

 

Logistics

The logistics of the various contracts can be managed with AgroSirius. This feature enables users to manage the logistics of a contract. All data concerning the delivery will be entered in this feature, such as the type of transportation, the transporting company, the starting and end-point of the delivery and from which storage facility the goods are removed. This last information is used to keep the inventory up-to-date. This feature gives users an actual overview of all ongoing transportations.

 

Storage

In accordance with the logistics, the storage of the goods can be managed within AgroSirius. the inventory will be adjusted automatically in accordance with outgoing logistic operations. In this overview, users can view the inventory in their various storage facilities and the outgoing deliveries from each of these facilities. This information is mainly based on information from the corresponding contract and manual input is therefore kept to a minimum.

 

Settlement

The settlement of all contracts is an important aspect of trading activities. In this feature, users are able to create templates for invoices which can be re-used for various contracts, or fully customized invoices which can be send to clients. Users are also able to create payment options to enable their client to make partial payments per term. In their overview they will be able to keep control of all incoming payments or only the payments per specific contract. The invoicing automatically converts different currencies according to actual exchange rates which reduces the actions for users regarding invoicing.
